This website is operated by Kbnc Enterprises Opc Pvt. Ltd. (KBNC). By using it, you agree to these website terms. If you request services for an organisation, you must have the authority to do so. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not itself create a paid service contract.
Scope and order of documents
Website descriptions explain our capabilities. A written proposal, order form or service agreement confirms availability, deliverables, dependencies, price, taxes, payment milestones, support and schedule. Service-specific terms take precedence for that engagement where they expressly address the same issue; mandatory law always prevails. Roadmap capabilities are subject to confirmation.
Fees, payment and changes
Charges and payment dates are set out in the accepted order. Third-party licences, ad spend, domains, infrastructure, taxes and usage charges are included only where stated. Additional scope, integrations or revisions require an agreed change request with any cost or schedule impact. A proposal is not an assurance of advertising performance, revenue, search ranking or regulatory certification.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate instructions, authorised access, timely approvals and lawful content. You are responsible for the rights to material you supply and for backups or operational tasks assigned to you in the agreement. Do not provide passwords through the public enquiry form. Delayed inputs or approvals may require an adjusted delivery schedule.
Acceptable use and security
Do not use this website or a KBNC service for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, harassment, unsolicited messaging or interference with other users. Do not access systems or data without permission or attempt to bypass security. Testing requires prior written authorisation. We may restrict harmful activity proportionately and provide notice where reasonable and lawful.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
KBNC branding and website content are protected by applicable rights. You may view and share links for legitimate business use; reproducing or reselling protected material requires permission. Project deliverable ownership, source-code access and transfer conditions are defined in the service agreement. Pre-existing tools and third-party materials retain their existing licences. Confidential information is handled for the agreed purpose and subject to lawful disclosures.
Third parties, service levels and availability
External platforms and integrations have their own terms, pricing and availability. Their inclusion does not imply an affiliation or endorsement. Availability targets, maintenance windows, response times, recovery objectives and service credits apply only when expressly agreed in writing. General website content does not create a blanket uptime or recovery guarantee.
Cancellation, refunds and suspension
Our Cancellation and Refund policies explain the default request process. An accepted service agreement may specify service-specific notice and eligibility, subject to mandatory rights. Non-payment, security threats or serious misuse may lead to suspension as permitted by the agreement and law. Any restoration or data export arrangements depend on the service and agreed retention period.
Liability and dispute handling
Services require business decisions and customer cooperation. Any allocation or limitation of liability for paid work must be set out in the agreed contract and is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact legal@kbnc.in first so we can try to resolve a concern. Indian law applies, without taking away a forum or remedy available under mandatory law.
