How to request cancellation
Send a cancellation request from your registered email to billing@kbnc.in. Include your customer or invoice reference, service, requested end date and whether you need a data export. Please retain the acknowledgement. A verbal request or deletion of a local app does not reliably cancel a service.
Before work or provisioning starts
If work, procurement or provisioning has not started, we will review the cancellation against the accepted order and identify any committed costs. A cancellation request does not automatically confirm a refund; eligible amounts are calculated under the Refund Policy and applicable agreement.
Projects already in progress
For development, consulting, design and implementation work, cancellation is assessed against completed milestones, work actually performed and authorised non-recoverable commitments. We will explain any final invoice, eligible credit and handover deliverables. Unpaid work or third-party licence restrictions may affect deliverable transfer, subject to the contract and law.
Recurring and managed services
The accepted order defines the billing period, renewal method, notice requirement and minimum commitment, if any. Submit cancellation before the renewal or notice deadline stated in that order. Where no notice period is specified, request cancellation before the next renewal is processed. We will confirm the effective end date and any remaining authorised charges; this policy does not create an undisclosed minimum term.
Advertising and third-party purchases
Advertising spend already used, registered domain terms, activated licences and reserved infrastructure may be irreversible or subject to the provider’s cancellation rules. We will identify these items and any recoverable provider credit. Future discretionary spend will be stopped as soon as reasonably practicable after a valid cancellation is accepted.
Data export and closure
Before hosting, email or storage ends, agree on export assistance, timing and any fees. Download data before the confirmed closure date. Retention and deletion follow the service agreement and applicable obligations; continued access or indefinite backups are not assumed after closure. We will confirm the applicable arrangements for your service.
KBNC-initiated termination and your rights
Termination by KBNC follows the agreement, including applicable notice and remediation steps. Where we cannot deliver a prepaid service, unused eligible amounts are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer and statutory remedies are unaffected.
