Kbnc Enterprises Opc Pvt. Ltd. (KBNC, we or us) operates kbnc.in. This policy explains information collected through this website and its enquiry process. Information processed within customer systems or dedicated service platforms is additionally governed by the applicable service agreement and platform notice.
Information we collect
When you request a proposal, we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, selected service, indicative budget, project message and consent record. We record submission time, an enquiry reference and delivery status. Essential security records include session identifiers and hashed rate-limit keys derived from an IP address or email address. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal records in an enquiry.
Email verification
We send a one-time code to verify control of the email address used for an enquiry. The code expires after 10 minutes. A hash of the code and verification metadata are held in your server session; the code is not stored as plain text in our enquiry database. The verification record is removed after successful submission or replaced when a new code is issued. Security limits restrict repeated requests and guesses.
Why we use information
We use your information to verify enquiries, understand requirements, prepare proposals, respond to questions, prevent misuse and keep business records. Submitting an enquiry authorises a response about that request; it does not automatically subscribe you to promotional mailing lists. Optional analytics and advertising are enabled only after your cookie choice permits them.
Service providers and disclosures
Authorised KBNC personnel and contracted providers may access information needed to deliver these purposes. Our website host stores enquiries; SMTP2GO processes recipient details and email content for email delivery. Configured analytics or advertising providers may receive consented usage events. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect legitimate rights and security. We do not sell enquiry contact lists.
Retention and safeguards
Enquiry records are kept while reasonably needed to handle the request, provide the resulting service, resolve disputes or meet applicable record-keeping duties. We review retention and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles. Access controls, encrypted email transport and protected server configuration support security; no internet service can eliminate every risk.
Cookies and international processing
Essential session cookies support forms and security. Optional tools are described in our Cookie Policy and can be changed using Cookie preferences in the footer. Hosting, email and other providers may process information in countries outside India. Any required contractual and legal safeguards should be addressed for the selected service and providers.
Your choices and requests

This is a business services website and is not directed at children. If a child has supplied information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
